We ask that you arrive on time to your appointment in order to respect other client's appointment times. If you arrive 10 minutes after your appointment you will be charged with the late cancellation fee and your appointment will be cancelled. We do our best to accommodate scheduling when possible.
Late Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your appointment please contact MAUDIFIED 48 hours prior to your appointment to not incur a fee. For cancellations outside of this time frame, a 50% charge will be deducted of your scheduled service (plus tax + $5 processing).
In the case that you do not show for your appointment a 75% fee will be deducted of your scheduled service (+tax and $5 card processing fee).

Wear a mask upon arrival
Arrive alone and leave belongings in your vehicle
Arrive on time as a waiting room is not available
Cancel your appointment if you have flu like symptoms
Cancel your appointment if you have been in contact with anyone with COVID symptoms for the past 15 days, or if you are experiencing symptoms yourself.
We will both be sanitizing our hands as soon as you walk in.
Everything will be sanitized before and after each client as per usual, along with all extra precautions laid out by public health.
